WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH COUTURE FIVE THOUSAND?
Not at all! We use paypal as our payments provider as they're extremely secure, but you can opt to pay with a regular debit or credit card instead of signing up for a paypal account. At checkout just choose "don't have a paypal account?" on the left hand side of the page.

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Once your order is complete, your purchase will be shipped within 1-2 business days with United States Postal Service by First Class Mail. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1pm. EST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holidays. Shipping and Handling normally takes 3-10 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by USPS. We automatically put delivery confirmation on all orders. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 2-4 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number. Simply go to www.usps.com and fill in the ‘Track and Confirm’ section.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the unique nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. You are welcome to shoot us an email stating the nature of your problem and we may allow an exchange or possible a refund depending on the situation. Just email us at [email protected]

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware we can only replace it for the same item, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

SIZES
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

PRICES/DETAILS
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the item has been dispatched simply return the goods to us for a full refund.
